Our production facilities have a capacity of over 30,000 tons annually. CII utilizes industry leading technology in our production plants, increasing quality and efficiency, and reducing scrap.

Cobb Industrial, Inc. installs steel projects throughout the U.S, including steel for Retail, Warehousing, Manufacturing and more. We also install miscellaneous metals for the Commercial and Industrial sectors, including Stairways, Railings, Ladders, RTU Frames and more. CII installs specialty metals for Commercial and Residential customers, including Stainless Steel Railings, Ornamental Iron Fence and Gates, Access Control Gates and more.

Field Monitoring
All of our structural steel installations benefit from field monitoring by one of our installation crew supervisors. A comprehensive set of quality control and inspection procedures are used throughout the installation process. Our installation crew supervisors coordinate directly with engineers and owners on corrective action reporting and for rapid field resolutions.

Detailing & Design
Cobb Industrial, Inc. has a dedicated team of detailing and design professionals that provide accurately detailed shop and field drawings, which allows us to maintain efficiency and quality in the fabrication and installation processes.
We currently use SDS/2 as our detailing program of choice. Detailed shop and field drawings made using SDS/2 are accurate and reliable. Using our in-house detail and design department contributes greatly to the quality and efficeincy of our fabrication and installtion work.

Design Review
Cobb Industrial, Inc. provides Design Review services of current building designs or pending designs. Our design reviews evaluate a design to identify issues and explore possible solutions or make recommendations which could benefit from Value Engineering.
A design review of your upcoming project is way to validate design efficiency related to structural steel and other steel products in building construction, and reviewing bi-annually will help to discover issues and recommend changes that can be made.
